    Background

    Our client is one of the largest international steel fabrication companies who have been at the forefront of the development of steel structures for offshore wind for many years. They work across Belgium, UK and Poland on the fabrication of jackets, monopiles, TP’s and much more.

    Challenges

    They had multiple projects with a high workload demand and not a lot of local candidates who could facilitate the requirements they had. It was proving difficult finding candidates with the correct certifications that matched the client's need and also mobilising the inspectors/engineers on short notice.

    Airswift was able to deliver to all of the clients specific needs and get the right candidates to site on short notice. We provided recruitment, mobility and also payrolling services. We made sure all of the candidates had the correct documentation to start working in country and in some cases managed travel arrangements.

    We have since worked with the client on multiple occasions with both contract and permanent hires within the QHSE department providing engineers and inspectors.
