Rail project experience

  • Provided talent acquisition and consultancy to mobilise office and site staff to a metro project in the Middle East. The organisation delivering the project did not have an internal HR, recruitment or administration function, and lacked local knowledge regarding labour laws, processes and procedures. Airswift successfully recruited and managed a team of more than 50 contractors for the first 12 months of the project while maintaining an average mobilisation time of less than 20 days from identifying the candidate to mobilisation on site. Additionally, our teams delivered a 98.5 per cent accuracy in all payroll transactions.
  • A major tier 1 transport contractor in Australia were looking to consolidate their contractor model to ensure compliance and ease of service but were concerned about the difficulty of convincing incumbent contractors to move agency. Airswift developed a clear breakdown of cost and compliance procedures. Additionally, Airswift met with each contractor individually to explain our contracts and show them the ease of our process. We handled any objections with the contractors, ranging from insurances to timesheets and expenses

  • Provided full payroll and HR services to 223 employees required for a large government project to be undertaken by an Asian IT company within Africa. This included transfer of all employees from the previous contract owner and the establishment of a local office to provide personalised support and local expertise.
