Airswift is seeking a Data Analyst to work on a permanent contract with a major Oil & Gas Company in Rio de Janeiro.
This professional will work in the operational area of a project, incorporated into the PMT, and will be responsible for developing and updating the project's Performance Dashboard; Convergence Plan and Risk Register. The aim is to facilitate the visualization of data for monitoring and decision-making by the managers involved, and to guarantee compliance with the requirements requested by the client.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This professional will be responsible for delivering internal and external (client) reports / deliverables for the performance discipline as well as supporting the department's reports and deliverables.
The employee will also be responsible for the following deliverables:
Performance Dashboards;
Establishing KPI's for the project together with the PMT Team;
Data processing - Structuring data sets, importing/exporting data from various software packages, analyzing the consistency of information;
Data visualization - converting data sets into meaningful and easy-to-use visualizations;
Example Dashboard Reports: S-Curve, Resource Histogram, QHSE Indicators;
Convergence Planning;
Establish the structure for the brainstorming activity together with the PMT;
Support/facilitate the brainstorming activity with the PMT;
Data handling - import/export data from various software packages to convert the brainstorming work into the Convergence Plan management tool;
Ad hoc project support to update the Convergence Plan tool when necessary;
R&O (Risk and Opportunity) management;
Establish the structure for the brainstorming activity. together with the PMT;
Support/facilitate the brainstorming activity with the PMT;
Data handling - import/export data from various software packages to convert the brainstorming work into the R&O management tool;
Ad hoc project support to update the R&O Management tool as needed;
Mathematical acumen - to process Contingency Calculations (using Monte Carlo Simulations/Excel calculations) and release plans.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Full university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or areas related to the exact sciences.
Advanced Office package (including VBA)
Programming knowledge required;
Proarc Basic;
Power Bi Intermediate;
Primavera Basic;
MS Project Basic;
Klaxoon/ Mind Manager/ Mind Jet: Basic;
Advanced/Fluent English - will be tested
