Responsibilities
- Engage and coordinate pre-sales processes and discussions with clients to design optimal delivery engagements and solutions aligning with both client goals and Ciklum's commercial interests.
- Support team ramp-up and onboarding, from recruitment to process establishment and stabilization.
- Establish best practices (tools, processes, people management), ensuring projects adhere to industry-leading quality standards and facilitating knowledge sharing with Ciklum teams and clients.
- Monitor evolving client needs and proactively propose suitable solutions from the full spectrum of available services.
- Provide on-demand consulting, coaching, and training for project team members (e.g., team leads, scrum masters, DMs).
- Manage and monitor gross margin (GM) and ongoing earned value (EV) analysis.
Requirements:
- Agile Delivery / Project Management experience and strong commercial understanding, ideally within Managed Services and IT Outsourcing industry, minimum 8 years;
- Experience with implementing the Azure Marketplace software sales channel
- Excellent understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban);
Ability to actively influence, refine and restructure existing projects according to a business needs. - Ability to perform project manager's activities and provide supervision during Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing phases;
- Experience in managing multiple agile teams in projects over 100 FTE.
- Strong service/client-oriented attitude, focus on an outcome;
- Solid understanding of change and expectations management;
- Ability to govern and deliver complex projects in a high-pressure environment;

About the Role:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to drive business solutions and enhance our marketplace. Working closely with a friendly and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to pioneer innovative approaches to optimize the software reseller market and improve internal processes for sales, finance, and operational teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop prototype solutions, mathematical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to support analytic insights and visualization of complex data sets.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to derive broad conclusions and insights from initial appraisals of datasets.
- Provide optimization recommendations that drive key performance indicators (KPIs) established by various teams including product, marketing, operations, and PR.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements in terms of functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Work directly with business analysts and data engineers to understand and support their use cases.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions in collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization.
