Airswift is seeking a Business Partner to work in a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
This opportunity is to act in a generalist manner as an HR Consultant/Business Partner, supporting the HR Management Business Partner in all Human Resources subsystems: attraction, selection, training, development, compensation & benefits, career, HR administration and labor relations. It acts as a guardian of policies and cultural differentiators, facilitating relationships between Managers and Subordinates and mediating conflicts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

 
  • Support and conduct People Management processes, supporting HR/HRBP Management and managers in various processes related to people, helping to interpret business needs, suggesting best practices and market solutions, adoption of changes among a diversity of employees and managers, collaborating to develop effective change management strategies;
  • Work in partnership with other HR disciplines (Talent Management, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits) in order to support internal processes related to moves, hiring and development programs.
  • Support discussions and construction of action plans on important topics of the Climate and People Analytics Data Survey on talent management processes, talent needs and risks and team engagement;
  • Analyze and build turnover indicators to evaluate important factors of voluntary departures of employees, identifying opportunities for internal improvements, analyzing market and competitor data, proposing important aspects of discussion on motivation and retention of talents;
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards Compensation & Benefits to understand the competitiveness of the client organization's compensation market and make recommendations to improve engagement and retention through levers and data.
  • Support in the analysis and identification of business move plans to identify potential successors, using business data and insights.
  • Create and monitor team management indicators, in order to generate improvements in processes.
  • Provide assistance to employees providing clarifications on HR issues, responding to requests according to current policy and processes;
  • Represent HR by disseminating and proposing actions to create and improve the climate together with the teams on board, creating a personalized engagement model that serves this audience, through the proposition of improvements in HR processes that support change and reinforce the company's culture;
  • Act to promote Diversity and Inclusion. Contribute to expanding the diversity of the client organization's workforce and building inclusive leadership practices;
  • To be the focal point of communication to the public, being the link of the company's communication actions with this public in order to correct the identified gaps, mainly related to benefits and development.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology and related courses;
  • Desirable post-graduation in HR;
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of office suite
  • Desirable Power BI
