Our client, a major O&G Company, is looking for a Lease Operator to work on a long-term contract (1 year) in Monahans, TX.

Requirements:
Mechanically inclined - will need to be able to make minor repairs to dumps, valves, wellhead equipment, and other misc. production equipment
Good communication - relay all pertinent information to route partner and field management team.
Ability to work safely and notice hazards.
Ability to work alone.
Computer skills- MS Excel, MS Teams, Evin, XSPOC, Ignition, Intelex.
Ability to troubleshoot battery issues.
Knowledge and troubleshooting abilities of different artificial lift types-ESP, rod, PAGL
Ability to climb 30’ tank stairway if necessary.

Schedule:
Punctuality - work day is 7:30am to 3:30pm. Some overtime may be required.
Ability to work a rotating shift. We work a 10 and 4 schedule. 10 days on is Tuesday to next Thursday, off Fri-Mon.
