Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is currently looking for Plant/Field Operators to work on 12-month assignment located in Evanston, WY.
Location: Evanston, Wyoming | Schedule: Rotational 7/7
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment in a Sour Gas Plant and Field environment.
- Work on a rotational schedule, covering shifts as needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety protocols, particularly in high H2S environments.
- Solve problems accurately and efficiently as they arise.
- Cover and monitor assigned field territory, often requiring long hours.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks with varying priorities effectively.
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, including self-motivation, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Dedicate effort to developing the workforce.
- Maintain organizational skills in handling responsibilities.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Outlook.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Process Safety Management (PSM) regulated facility.
- Prior experience working in a high H2S environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work long hours and handle pressure effectively.
