Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a Process Engineer / Chemical Engineer to work in their facilities located in Nanterre, France.
The SERVICE PROVIDER will carry out the following tasks:
? Layout and realization of the PCF with the implementation of all the details defined within the framework of the contract and in compliance with the applicable standards.
? Instrument numbering. Updating of the control chains according to the instructions of the instrument specialist.
? Participation in the development of piping classes.
? Establishment of lists of related rows.
? Preparation of the "unique masters" PCFs (summary plans of the comments of the different departments, with updating of the associated documents (list of lines, PCF utilities, etc.).
? Preparation of utility PCFs from process PCFs, implementation and associated process data.
REQUIRED SKILLS
The studies at the expense of the SERVICE PROVIDER require the following skills:
? A practice of engineering studies for the construction of industrial refining, chemical and petrochemical units.
? A good knowledge of chemical engineering processes.
? A good knowledge of piping equipment, instrumentation and associated studies.
? An ability to manage and synthesize constraints influencing detailed studies such as: norms, implementation standards, study rules, symbolism, etc.
? An ability to work in interaction with all disciplines, to manage technical elements under his/her responsibility and to integrate new constraints as studies progress, to report to the manager, problems, whether they are of general interest or allowing to improve the performance of services
? An ability to present carefully clear, coherent, homogeneous documents that are listed according to the standards or rules applicable to the contract.
? Control of assigned deadlines.
? Proficiency in technical English.
? IUT Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering preferred.
