Project Management Analyst

Airswift is seeking a Project Management Analyst to work on a Contractor position in Macaé with an Oil and Gas Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of Project Management in accordance with good project management practices (PMBOK);
Definition and implementation of KPIs to evaluate the progress of projects, as well as signaling risks, deadlines, progress and other relevant information for the team;
Defining and implementing good planning practices, methods, meetings, documentation, tools for integrating those involved in order to ensure the smooth development of projects;
Providing support to the areas involved in the projects;
Managing and presenting the progress of projects to the areas involved, as well as the company's senior management;
Drawing up detailed schedules to monitor the project
Drawing up project documents (opening statement, scope statement, risk analysis, etc.)
Monitoring and reporting on the progress and performance of each project, creating the histogram with the requisitions for materials and services to delimit a demand at its beginning and end, sending the information to the requesting client in order to monitor progress.
Assisting the discipline engineer in detailing service orders, including sequencing the stages, detailing resources, execution time for each activity, materials, services and other necessary resources.
Checking and guaranteeing the qualifications of outsourced personnel, reviewing the documentation required for shipment and supporting the logistics team in registering the team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Engineering, Administration or related areas;
PMO experience in line with best practices, recommendations and international project management standards;
Experience in managing offshore projects (FPSO) desirable
Upper intermediate English
Excel - Advanced level - desirable
MS PROJECT - Intermediate level - required
Power Point - Advanced level - desirable
Drake – desirable
Contract period: 11 months
