How do I fix the 'Blank Page' error in Safari?
This issue is caused by cross-site tracking related browser settings. Follow the steps for your browser and device in this article.
Safari > iPhone/iPad
Disable cross-tracking prevention
On your iOS device:

Go to Settings > Safari

Within Safari settings, go to Privacy & Security

Then, disable the option Prevent Cross-Site Tracking

Finally, Clear your website history and data.
Sign out and sign back in

Sign out from Airswift Digital;
-
Sign back in a fresh session;
-
Go to onboarding.
Error still persisting?
If you're issue is still persisting, try signing in with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Make sure to allow the necessary cookies in the site.

1. Why do I have to disable the "prevent cross-site tracking" settings?

Airswift uses tracking cookies to persist user data entered in to our onboarding system to assist with an effective and seamless onboarding experience. These are being impacted by the cross-site tracking prevention concern at present.
2. What is Airswift doing about this?

We are already investigating how we can rectify this concern for our embedded onboarding platform, but in the meantime we want to give you the opportunity to complete your onboarding with a simple workaround.
