5891 PCN Network Engineer

Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a PCN Network Engineer (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. Job Description:
The position reports to FE Automation Infrastructure Support Group Supervisor.
The selected person should: 
•    Keep Company assets assigned to the position’ custody, to be comply with Corporate Information Risk Management (IRM) program.
•    Implement and Verify company’s IRM policies and controls related to Company FE Automation Process Control Network (Industrial Control) systems
•    Create and keep up to date: Assets Inventory, supported processes and procedures   
•    Maintain and administering Cisco, PaloAlto, Hirchmann and etc. devices, including installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting in Industrial Control Systems environment 
•    Support and administer Network Infrastructure Fiber Optic and Ethernet cables and associated devices 
•    Maintain Network devices’ hardware and apply system’s patch or version upgrade on it within Industrial Control Systems environment 
•    Understand and update Industrial Control Systems and IT project documentation like drawings, layouts
•    Communicate with personnel interactively, by phone and other communication systems by following business etiquette
•    Provide reports and presentations on timely fashion and clearly deliver required information to targeted audience
•    Be involved and support Company projects related to PCN Infrastructure Support team      
Job Specification and requirements: 
The following is required:
•    To have bachelor’s degree in technical area  
•    To have Intermediate level of English and Russian writing and speaking
•    Not less than 2 year experience adminintering and supporting network Infrastructure and network devices
•    To have good time management, communication, and multitasking skills
•    Strong knowledge of 
Administering Cisco, Palo Alto, Hirchmann devices
Troubleshooting and resolving issues within Network Infrastructure
Cyber Security requirements in IT and Industrial Control Systems Environment
Microsoft Visio, Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Have experience of: 
 managing Antivirus systems
managing Backup systems
understand IT devices event logs and take appropriate actions
working in a SIEM, and device monitoring and managing system in Information Network
The following candidates are highly preferable, who has: 
•    Cisco, Palo Alto, Hirchmann related certificates
•    Understanding Change management process
•    Experience of supporting SCADA system\s
•    Understand Industrial System Network Architecture and Dataflow
•    Intermediate Kazakh writing and speaking
