Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Cathodic Protection Consultant (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. Job Description:
The position is within Company Reliability Engineering Group. Reports to Pipeline and Corrosion Group Supervisor. The responsibilities include the following, but not limited: 
- This Subject Matter Expert (SME) position is responsible for all aspects of Cathodic Protection (CP) across related Company assets to design / commissioning / maintain / optimize CP systems with Company fixed equipment, tanks, process pipping and pipeline provisions.
- Provide SME Support for critical integrity / reliability aspects such as CP.
- Review ongoing construction/monitoring/maintenance processes of all Company CP systems to ensure reliable systems operation.
- Perform analysis and systematic assessment of pipelines process/inspection data including In-line Inspection, CIPS, DCVG survey, etc; recommend solutions to ensure safe/reliable Company pipelines operation.
- Troubleshooting CP problems discovered in the field.
- Provide SME inputs for failure investigations/analysis to improve CP systems integrity/reliability.
- Participates in pipeline risk analysis and risk assessment. 
- Developing and review of Company CP Specifications
- Provide technical inputs to aspects of CP on Projects. Technical review of CP designs and drawings for related Company Projects.
- Mentoring and instructing CP field crews regarding continuous/ongoing CP monitoring programs.

Job Specification and requirements: 
Required: 
- A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Higher-level Education in Engineering
- Extensive experience within CP design / commissioning / monitoring / special surveys (not less than 15 years).
- Comprehensive knowledge of RoK regulations relative to CP. 
- Comprehensive knowledge of International Standards (AMPP, EN/ISO, etc) relative to CP.
- Extensive knowledge of pipeline damage mechanisms, including prevention and mitigations. 
- Extensive knowledge of pipeline integrity inspection methods/techniques. 
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- English Level – Intermediate (min Company Level 3)
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Company Field, Plants and Off-plot facilities.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office.
