We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to perform routine documentation and general clerical duties associated with the monitoring of creditor accounts. Job requires supervision of the GL and AP accounting team in the Netherlands as well as remote office.
Responsibilities:
• Outlook Mailbox management: Receive invoices and other accounts payable documentation.
• Assist in project coding of accounts payable documentation.
• Submit and monitor coded accounts payable documentation into ticket system Shared Service Centre.
• Obtain authorisations for payment in accordance with standard procedures.
• Assisting on Timecard Administration
Qualifications:
• Graduated MBO Student (level 4) in Business Administration
• Minimum experience of 2 years in an administrative environment
• English speaker

- Create proposal to improve energy performance such as improving technical attributes, providing training, and acquiring alternate energy solutions.
- Minimum an Engineering Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant of energy management/ engineering experience.
- Candidate must be a Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) and is familiar with ISO50001 Energy Management System Standard.
- Candidate who is familiar with CMMS (computerized Maintenance Management System) will be highly sought after.

Job Description
- 12 to 15+ years’ experience in the analysis of aerostructures design, development, projects with hands-on metallic and composite structures analysis using FEA and classical hand analysis methods
- Current or past Approver or checker delegation is an advantage
- Good knowledge of aerospace materials knowledge, standards & specifications.
- Engineering activities in support of work to PDR for Wing / Empennage and boom aero structures. Both metallic and composite capability required with mix of experience to perform check for Analysis.
- Expertise in Hypersizer, HyperX is mandatory for composites design & optimization
- Review and finalize Concept design, implement detailed design & development, support on PDR activities and maturity, support qualification and production of composite and metallic components and assemblies
- Manage the execution of the work packages identified and ensure the convergence of the delivery plans with customer requirements.
- Define integrated design solutions for new components/assemblies and modifications to existing components (Composites and metallic).
- Optimise the design solutions, based on the correct balance of cost, quality, manufacturability, serviceability and performance.
- Coordinate with multi-functional teams to prepare drawings and other engineering data required for the manufacturing of the product and data submittal to the customer.

- Modelling, simulation and prototyping services.
