Responsibilities:
- Identify leads through aviation conferences, tradeshows, and networking events. Develop strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, securing inventory, and asset consignment agreement to ensure customer requirements and sales fulfilments are met.
- Communicate and coordinate with Senior Stakeholders in APAC regarding customer requirements, distribution, inside sales coordination and program management to ensure swift execution of sales strategies to generate positive revenue.
- Work with all internal stakeholders to ensure pricing, product support, and technical questions/ customer dispute/ billing issue are addressed as per customer request. Monitor inventory revenue reports to ensure sales and margin objectives are secured.
Requirements:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 6 - 8 years of business development or sales experience within commercial aviation aftermarket/ MRO industry.
- Proven sales track record within Asia Pacific region with great understanding about APAC market and business dynamics within the region.
- Multilingual candidate with more than 2 APAC languages proficiency would be highly sought after.
- Successful candidate should possess good interpersonal skills, an excellent communicator and an energetic goal getter.
