As a global leading provider of engineering, procurement and construction management expertise to the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors we are proud to be able to expand our team in Wilton and we have partnered with Airswift to support our recruitment plans in 2024.

We are currently recruiting for a Cost Controller to be placed in Nanterre, NFR and would be on a 1-year contract with possibility of extension. The main function is to monitor the project financial performance in a multicultural environment, developing updates and maintains project budget and forecasting

Responsibilities:
•    Sets up Cost Control Procedures
•    Sets up Budgets and the specific tools to follow the project costs
•    Implement the in-house digital solutions and their latest enhancements
•    Estimates Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes
•    Provides support to the Risk Manager to prepare the Quantitative Risk Analysis
•    Approves commitment control and vendor/subcontractors invoice
•    Assists Project Managers in optimizing and improving the budgeted profits
•    Prepares change orders / claims, and follows up
•    Supports the Lead cost Control to generates monthly internal Project Management Review (PMR) / external status reports (client reports)


Required Skills:
•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
•   2 to 5 years of experience in related field
•   Confirmed experience (ideally 2 years minimum) in Engineering & Construction Industry within project environment is a plus.
•   Professional English
•   Solid analytical and problem solving skills
•   Team worker and able to chair meetings within multi-cultural teams and Clients
•   Establish good relationship and cooperation with colleagues in the project team
