RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES
- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and taking orders.
- Prepare and manage correspondence with customers to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
- Utilize knowledge of industry-standard concepts and practices to perform daily tasks.
- Follow specific instructions and pre-established guidelines to execute responsibilities effectively.
- Work under moderate supervision, with the ability to identify and resolve problems that may require additional support.
- Handle complex and high-difficulty tasks, assuming responsibility for thorough customer account research.
- Offer supervision, training, and mentoring to other customer service staff to enhance their capabilities and performance.
The successful candidate needs to be well-organized, energetic, and service-oriented with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, with extensive background as a senior customer service representative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide leadership to junior staff.
