As a System and Network Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and securing our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include -

Security and Prevention:

• Email administration
• Security of Windows systems (Servers and workstations)
• Security and prevention of network equipment (Switch and wifi)
• Management and administration of IS security software (AV, Firewall, webfilter, etc.)

Technology Monitoring and Updating:

• Active participation in technology monitoring
• Keeping systems and network equipment up-to-date

User Support:

• Level 3 support on workstations
• Active Directory Administration
• Systems monitoring and incident resolution support

Network Management:

• SD WAN management
• Technical incident management for network issues
• Installation of network infrastructures

Security Expertise:

• Network Security: Fortinet Firewall, security policy management, WAF, IDS, IPS
• Implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) and associated authentication protocols with Azure AD
• Workstation security: EDR Cortex, BitLocker, Windows Hello
• Cloud security: Cisco Umbrella, Ironscales
• Identity Management: ADDS, ADCS, Azure AD, MFA

Technical Environments:

• Operating systems: Windows 2016 to 2022, Linux Debian
• Collaborative tools: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online)
• LAN-WAN Network Monitoring
• MDM: Microsoft Intune

Networks:

• Administration of active network equipment
• Aruba Switch and AP, Aruba Central, Clearpass

We are seeking a qualified System and Network Administrator with the following:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing complex IT infrastructures
• Excellent knowledge of the latest technological trends
• Mastery of concepts and implementation of SSO and associated authentication protocols with Azure AD
• Installation of network infrastructures
• Strong expertise in network security: Fortinet Firewall, WAF, IDS, IPS
• Autonomous with a strong spirit of analysis and synthesis
• Technical proficiency in English
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online)
• Experience with LAN-WAN Network Monitoring
• Knowledge of Workstation: Windows 10 and Windows 11, Office 365, iOS
• Familiarity with MDM: Microsoft Intune

Our client is seeking a Senior Contracts and Procurement Advisor to work within their facilities located in Perth, Australia.

The Company

A global operator of energy and resources. As a result of ongoing technology advancement projects, they are now looking for a Senior Contracts and Procurement Advisor to support these projects across Australia.

 

The Role

You will be a key member of the contracts team providing contracting and commercial services to the business.

As the Senior Contracts and Procurement Advisor, you will be experienced in the full contract life cycle of digital/IT contract types as you will be sourcing IT contracts within Software, Infrastructure/Hardware, Cloud in the technology space.

This is a Perth based contracting role for 12 months and will suit one who has worked with ICT contracts for several years. This is a hybrid working environment with some WFH flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides Corporate contracting and procurement expertise using a competitive sourcing methodology and effective management of supplier relationships.
• Provides support and input to the Corporate Services - Software and Subscription portfolio. 
• Ensures the vendor performance is reviewed with the support of the Company Representative.
• Leads the source to contract process, including tender preparation, evaluation and negotiation, and contract award.
• Maintains relationships with Corporate stakeholders to understand their business needs, proactively identify sourcing and contract value opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize savings.
• Leverages market intelligence to evaluate, negotiate, and manage annual price fluctuations.
• Partners with Legal and other support functions to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, both internal and external.
• Manages contract life cycle for a portfolio of agreements within area of responsibility. 
• Initiates, organizes and leads the negotiations with suppliers according to the desired objectives.
• Monitors savings and overall performance of the sourcing projects (Measures, demonstrates and reports savings generated by the Sourcing projects and Negotiations).
• Complies with Local Procurement practices and opportunities around maximizing social value initiatives with suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contracts and procurement within a large organisation.
• Enterprise experience is highly regarded.
• Digital/IT contracts and procurement experience (essential).
• Perth based with Australian full work rights.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification or equivalent is preferred

• Design and implement scripts for user, mailbox, and license lifecycle management, ensuring efficient and automated processes.
• Utilize expertise in PowerShell modules such as ActiveDirectory, AzureAD, and EntraID to create robust automation solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Optionally, contribute knowledge and experience in Quest ActiveRoles Server to enhance scripting capabilities and streamline management tasks.
• Collaborate with the team using version control tools like Git to manage script repositories, ensuring versioning and collaborative development practices are maintained.

Requirements:

• PowerShell Expertise.

• Fluent in French and English
• Preferred: experience on Quest ActiveRoles Server
