Our client is seeking a Digital Literacy Program Coordinator to work within their facilities located in Perth, Australia.

 

The Company

A Global Consultancy, as a result of new technology implementation across the business in Australia, we are looking for a Digital Literacy Program Coordinator to drive this adoption.

 

The Role

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to increase digital literacy across the organization focusing mainly on data and AI. 

This is a 12 months Fixed-term Contract (can be extended) to be based in Perth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital literacy program to drive adoption of Data Analytics and AI technology across the firm.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle for Digital Literacy Programs, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address digital literacy needs.
  • Develop and deliver training and support programs to improve digital literacy skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the digital literacy program and make continuous improvements.
  • Communicate program progress and impact to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Technology Adoption resources as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Experience developing and delivering training programs, including creating training materials and conducting workshops and seminars.
  • Experience in driving adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Experience working in the financial sector.
  • Based in Perth with Australian full work rights.

 

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification is essential
