Qualifications
                •              Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
Knowledge and/or Experience
                •              10-15 years’ experience with 5 years at the senior project engineering and / or supervision level with overall responsibility for project execution or experience in Joint Ventures, Operated by Other projects and / or experience with corporate level activities. Broad and extensive knowledge in engineering, safety, quality, construction, and commissioning along with general project leadership experience in administration and coordination.

Key Job Accountabilities:
•              Works with Client’s Onshore Project Leadership Team to support the delivery of all aspects of the Onshore Facilities to identify, analyse and provide solutions on various project related issues ranging from project execution (e.g. Safety, Progress, EPC Contractor issues) to risk management (e.g. Contractor financial distress) to project communications (e.g. EPC Contractor press releases, site tours for VIPs) to administrative and personnel (e.g. All Team meetings (Townhalls), teambuilding, recruitment, retention, leadership development).
•              Reports directly to Client’s Onshore Construction Division Manager and works across Engineering, SHES, Business, Interface, and Construction to assist in the development of team strategies and recommendations on tactics to implement the strategies and identification and resolution project issues.


1.            Responsible for the development and recommendation of course corrections to project strategies and related tactical decisions to enable the successful delivery of the project.   Continuous review of project documentation, staying current on industry trends, EPC Contractors’ execution issues and status and worldwide events to provide guidance to the Leadership Team on possible revisions to the strategies and /or tactics. 


2.            Reviews and evaluates existing project procedures in view of trends and risks and recommends revisions or develops new procedures to address deviations from agreed strategies.   Develops presentations and drafts letters and memos.

3.            Serves as the Project Onshore EPC-1 Construction Division Manager’s “fix-it” envoy to identify and correct issues, within his boundaries of authority, in the project. Provides briefings and intel on the issues and the corrective actions.
