Responsibilities:
Task planning and workflow coordination for multiple Crafts
- Attend daily Plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and scheduling
- Plan, prioritize and coordination of both corrective and preventative work utilizing input from Operations and Craft Leadership
o Assignment of both in-house crafts and outside resources for effective and efficient completion of planned work
o Scheduling of planned work based on PSM requirements and production risk
o Coordination with Global Supply Chain / Warehousing around components and spares requirements for upcoming work
- Monitoring of budgeted cost/timing progress for scheduled work
- Generation and distribution of KPI reports (work order completion, equipment failures by type, work order planned vs actual cost, etc.) utilizing information from the CMMS (SAP)
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP systems
- High school diploma
- Data analysis skills
