Airswift is looking for a Project Designer Coordinator to work in Houston, TX, for a major LNG Client in an initial 1-year assignment. 

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Project Designer Coordinator with a focus on project reporting to join our LNG team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for synthesizing technical information into coherent reports, letters, newsletters, and other communication materials. This role requires collaboration with engineers, document controllers, and cost controllers to gather technical data and transform it into well-structured documents that align with our branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather technical information from various stakeholders and sources within the organization.
  • Synchronize documentation efforts to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across different platforms.
  • Assist in the development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, as well as newsletters and project updates.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, Canvas, and PowerPoint to format and present technical information effectively.
  • Create and maintain templates for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to develop new reporting templates as needed.
  • Interface with project teams to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and project milestones.
  • Simplify complex technical information for a non-technical audience.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in technical writing, with a focus on reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Project coordination experience is desirable but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
