Responsibilities:
- Successful candidate will be leading, managing sales & marketing regional P&L and providing visionary leadership to a high performing dynamic team of 20 across APAC.
- You will steer the sales team to achieve and exceed the annual revenue targets and develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the APAC region.
- Drive market penetration and expansion across the aviation industry, ensuring our diverse portfolio excels, as well as tailor sales approaches for each product category, ensuring maximum market impact.
- Collaborate closely with internal board management teams to ensure seamless communication between, engineering, operations, quality, and customer-centric experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any field and 15years of successful sales experience within the Aerospace MRO field, of which 3years in board committee level or 6years of successful regional team management experience.
- Ability to travel across APAC in short notice and minimum 60% of a year.
- Strong strategic, analytical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with wide APAC customer network across the Aviation Industry.
