RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the progress of operational readiness activities, report on progress, and escalate issues to management for resolution.
- Supervise the development of system operating procedures and initial startup procedures.
- Supervise and produce control of work (COW) and permit to work (PTW) documentation.
- Supervise and produce standard work instructions (SWI’s).
- Participate in the creation of production-related training documents.
- Support the development of maintenance documentation.
- Review commissioning documentation.
- Provide local support to the Production/Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
- Participate in operability reviews for offshore platforms.
- Develop management system documentation to support operational readiness.
- Supervise and track progress within the operational readiness catalogue, ensuring compliance and meeting delivery dates.
- Liaise with engineering and information systems teams to ensure proper setup of operational systems (PTW, ER, CCR, ICSS).
- Serve as the primary contact for all project-related queries regarding production operations.
- Coordinate operations involvement in project-related activities such as commissioning.
- Develop and revise operational procedures for platforms and ensure integration with existing procedures.
- Manage progress on all operational readiness activities to ensure timely completion.
- Organize interface meetings with onshore operations staff.
- Review, revise, and update assigned Production Operations & operational readiness work scopes.
- Provide weekly reports detailing updates and progress of assigned tasks.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, agile, technology-driven, and with the following qualifications:
- Technical diploma or industry certification required.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in the oil/petrochemical industry.
- Extensive knowledge of offshore operations.
- Expert knowledge of all production equipment and systems on offshore installations.
- Deep understanding of reservoir behaviors, conditions, and operational limitations.
- Familiarity with subsea assets and their operations.
- Proven planning and cost control skills.
- Experience in collaborative environments, including working with diverse teams and external partners to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments and meet established goals and deadlines.
