We are representing one of our top Aerospace OEM with presence over 300 locations to expand their MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) solutioning business across Asia. Reporting to a highly remarkable Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving a newly created supply chain department in managing inventory flow, direct purchasing of materials, planning shipment, and managing logistics and warehouse.

Responsibilities

Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives, partnering distribution manager and the central purchasing team to achieve the most cost-effective purchasing, warehousing, and shipping solution to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for sustaining fourth party logistics control tower solutions. Drive continuous improvement of the Shipping Process with 4PL Solution Provider and Internal Customers to achieve cost effective logistic solutions.
Support materials planners on key supplier development effort for improvement on OTD, Quality, and Cost reduction. Be the focal point for contract pricing to benefit economic-of-scale across all value streams.

Requirement:

Minimum a degree in any field with minimum 5 years of relevant supply chain management experience.
Candidate with prior Aerospace MRO experience will be advantageous.
Candidate should possess proven track record in supply chain cost saving or process improvement.
Familiar with shipping or freight forwarding documentations and processes.

Reporting to an all-rounded Process Manager, Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the local deployment of the Energy Management System (EMS) and exchanges of the energy best practices, feedback, and studies at company and group level.

Responsibilities:

Implement and deploy energy performance indicator to ensure sustainable initiatives are taken.
Develop and implement energy policies and energy management program to improve energy efficiency and utilities consumption.
Generate monthly report on energy management and prepare presentation of indicators during energy management review.
Create proposal to improve energy performance such as improving technical attributes, providing training, and acquiring alternate energy solutions.

Requirement:

Minimum an Engineering Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant of energy management/ engineering experience.
Candidate must be a Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) and is familiar with ISO50001 Energy Management System Standard.
Candidate who is familiar with CMMS (computerized Maintenance Management System) will be highly sought after.
Self-starter and passionate about sustainability.

Job Description

12 to 15+ years’ experience in the analysis of aerostructures design, development, projects with hands-on metallic and composite structures analysis using FEA and classical hand analysis methods
Current or past Approver or checker delegation is an advantage
Good knowledge of aerospace materials knowledge, standards & specifications.
Engineering activities in support of work to PDR for Wing / Empennage and boom aero structures. Both metallic and composite capability required with mix of experience to perform check for Analysis.
Expertise in Hypersizer, HyperX is mandatory for composites design & optimization
Review and finalize Concept design, implement detailed design & development, support on PDR activities and maturity, support qualification and production of composite and metallic components and assemblies
Manage the execution of the work packages identified and ensure the convergence of the delivery plans with customer requirements.
Define integrated design solutions for new components/assemblies and modifications to existing components (Composites and metallic).
Optimise the design solutions, based on the correct balance of cost, quality, manufacturability, serviceability and performance.
Coordinate with multi-functional teams to prepare drawings and other engineering data required for the manufacturing of the product and data submittal to the customer.
To communicate effectively with co-worker, customer and suppliers
Modelling, simulation and prototyping services.
