Airswift is looking for a VP of Strategic Partnerships to work on a permanent contract with a world leader in workforce security in the energy sector in Rio de Janeiro.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of the agreed business growth strategies and plans
Review with the regional and global teams the annual review of the strategic plan relating to the strategy and make recommendations
To collaborate with Vice Presidents and Regional Operations Managers to drive the regional operations plan
To manage the key regional markets to identify significant opportunities for standard expansion
Work with Energy Transition team global colleagues and regional associates to drive the transition agenda and products
To prepare and collate the operational plan, carry out quarterly business reviews and to ensure a healthy pipeline of activities pipeline reports.
Assist with work on preparation of budgetary figures with the Senior VP Strategic Development
To drive the strategic development aspects of the operational plan
To manage the engagement and stakeholder management plan
To identify opportunities and work with the relevant teams to ensure successful adoption
Support the development of new services and products
Research and amend growth plans for key markets, put these in place where they are missing
Work with the team for POL and Skills Screening
Work with the operations team, be a responsible senior member of company management
Work with the operations team and finance to develop commercial proposals
Act as a point of contact for key customers
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Higher education
Advanced English
Knowledge of oil and gas, networking with major oil operators
