Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for a SWD/Water Transfer Operator to work on a 2+ years contract on their Monahans, TX location.

Operator is responsible for all aspects of SWD injection well sites. This includes making sure all safety and policy procedures are in place. Wind socks are visible and not torn. Also, make sure all proper signage is on tanks, pumps, and filter pots (if needed for NORM). Daily routines include monitoring wellhead pressures (Tubing, Casing and Surface Casing). Suction/ discharge pressures as well as flow rates and line pressures. Along with this, filter differential pressures for possible filter changes when needed. Monitor all pumps on location inspecting seals on H-Pumps, charge and transfer pumps and replacing as needed. Gauging and thieving tanks to verify oil, water and bs in all of the facility tanks. Call in trucks as needed to move or skim tanks after verifying levels. Make sure all gauges are entered correctly into evin. Make sure all effected personnel are notified if making any changes or troubleshooting automation with good communication. Keeping all facilities in proper working order is required (changing out valves on filter pots, anything that is not working properly). Also keep each location clean from trash or messes.

Description of Water Transfer Operations and Leak Detection:

Along with the above responsibilities, SWD operator is responsible for all aspects of water transfer and leak detection in their area. Operations and maintenance of all facility pumps are to be monitored on a daily basis. Inspect seals on transfer pumps, replace as needed. Monitoring flow rates and line pressures in their area to ensure proper operations. Clean y-strainers, purge lines are a part of the operations and should be done on an as needed basis. Leak detection on all risers in your area as well as all facility pumps replacing carbon steel with stainless or in some cases poly as needed to reduce the possibility of a future leak. Also keep each location clean from trash and messes. Make sure that all valves on any of our equipment has plugs in them at all times!

The Learning Manager is a pivotal role in ensuring that ~800 employees across our Business Unit are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use and adopt SAP S/4HANA.  You will be responsible for overseeing the training coordination, execution of training sessions and continuously assessing the training needs of local end users to meet the evolving needs of the workforce. Your goal will be to enhance user competency, productivity, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA through effective local training programs and delivery. 
They will also partner with the Central Team out of Houston, as well as the other Upstream Business Units in the same deployment release, to ensure successful execution of deployment activities and business readiness at deployment.  

Responsibilities: 
  1. Collaborate with the Central Program Team (in Houston), the Systems Integrator (in Houston), and the other Upstream Business Units to understand and execute the local deployment learning objectives, requirements, and activities. 
  2. Review and collaborate with local functional team members & process owners to ensure business context training materials and job aids meet the needs of the business unit.

The Project Engineer/Manager will develop definitive (FEL3) packages and funding requests for small capital multidiscipline projects. Project Engineers/Managers will also be responsible for executed detailed design, procurement, and construction of their projects. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-10 years of experience in a chemical/petrochemical plant or related industry in the engineering field.

  • Experience leading capital projects: budgeting, forecasting, administration of schedule, and cost control.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, ACAD drawings, and equipment literature applicable in a chemical facility.

Primary Purpose
The Coating, Insulation and Fireproofing Inspector will have a strong background in all aspects of coating, insulation and fireproofing especially in the field of cryogenics and LNG construction. He will oversight all the contractor and subcontractor construction methods and inspection personnel. The Coating, Insulation and Fireproofing Inspector will assist the Lead Inspector in the mentoring the quality staff in his areas of expertise.

Position will also be responsible for overseeing all quality aspects of construction and installation activities related to coatings, insulation, and fireproofing. Specific tasks may include but will not be limited to quality compliance of materials storage and handling, piping, equipment installation, managing/controlling Non-conformance Reports, construction testing, quality inspections, reviewing test procedures and other tasks as assigned by ECA LNG QA/QC Management. Work includes installations in the currently operating facility and new construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.

The Coating, Insulation and Fireproofing Inspector will also be required to support other site activities (e.g., other site coordination and/or investigations, audits, or other related duties as designated by ECA LNG QA/QC Management)

Key Responsibilities and background:
  •  Allocate appropriate discipline resources for the preparation of proposals, FEED Verification and detailed engineering on projects.

  • Allocate work packages to suitable engineers, monitor progress against the schedule, resolve queries and generally expedite the progress of the design.
  • Liaise with the relevant Engineering with respect to resources and equipment requirements needed for the discipline to complete the work.
  • Ensure that the discipline engineering work is performed to the correct standard.
  • Ensure work performed within the discipline is executed within the allocated execution -hours.

Critical Skills & Personal Attributes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 
  • Chartered status preferred. 
  • Significant related project management experience working for engineering/client organizations in the oil and gas industry and/or Low Carbon Energy Transition industry.  Exposure to consultancy, FEED/ detailed design, and EPC projects

Key responsibilities and main tasks:

The role of Instrumentation and Control Systems Lead Engineer is a key Leadership role, being responsible for the day to day supervision and coordination of ICS Engineering and Design team assigned to a project. The experience shall include:

On behalf of our customers, we are currently recruiting for a Instrumentation and Control Systems Designer, located in The Hague, the Netherlands. 


Key responsibilities and main tasks:
 
  • Extensive experience in producing and checking of Instrument documentation as required i.e., Instrument and I/O Schedule, Location Layouts, Cable Schedules, Loop Diagrams, Cable Block Diagrams, Instrument Hook-Up’s,
  • Termination Diagrams, Cable Routing Drawings (combined with Electrical) etc.
  • Review and Checking of GID instrument design deliverables.
  • Liaise with cross-discipline departments and equipment package vendors to ensure a coherent interface into our client's EI&C design.
  • Recognise and address potential and actual cross-discipline issues and conflicts so that overall design input to the project is coherent.
  • Produce cable routing drawings within SmartPlant 3D or equivalent software experience. This would include necessary cable tray-work and cable sizing calculations.
  • Attend client model reviews to clearly define the EI&C routing design.
  • Coordinate the 3D model activities and provide guidance to designers.
  • Produce CAD drawings.
  • Able to check the deliverables produced by the team. 
  • Demonstrate a pro-active and pragmatic mentality. 

The experience shall include:
  • Experience in the areas of ICS instrument design
  • Experience in development of instrument design in FEED and Detailed Design project phases.
  • Experience in work cooperation with remote offices (work sharing concept)
  • Although the main part of the role will be coordinating, Candidate should also be able to set-up and work out an instrument design part him-/herself (e.g. wiring / lay-outs).
  • Candidate can work independently and reports to ICS Lead Engineer.
  • Good pro-active communication skills.
  • Clear communication in the English language, both verbal and in writing.
  • Knowledge of the following tools: AutoCad, Smart (Plant) Instrumentation.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the lead structural engineer, you will be completing civil design of open and closed drainage structures, retaining walls, laydown and hardstands, underground drainage network and general civil design around processing plant.
You will act as the main coordinator for workshare between various offices for assigned work areas, and perform detailed checks on work completed by workshare offices.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing calculation packages in support of the design.
  • Advising lead engineer when project scope is not clear and that assist with changes to comply with project change management processes.
Additionally, you will support the lead structural engineer in:
  • Scope management and cross-disciplinary coordination to meet customer requirements.
  • Proactively resolving discrepancies between the client and its customer’s project requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with the structural engineering team and project stakeholders, including the customer.
  • Identifying issues, developing solutions, and seeking assistance when needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or relevant undergraduate degree.
  • Relevant years of experience in structural engineering design in the mining, energy and/or infrastructure sector.
  • Previous experience in either heavy industrial or petrochemical plant projects is not  essential but advantageous.
  • Experience in using of civil engineering specific software such as Drains, StormCAD or similar and also familiar with software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD would be beneficial.
  • Experience in Pavement design.
  • Exposure to MWRA design standards is desirable.
  • Agile with working in multiple platforms and environment including the use of 365 suite and various other collaboration tools.
  • Ability to design drainage network.
  • Keen attitude to learn new design tools as well modes project delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and be highly driven with a focus on delivery and service.

Airswift is seeking to invite an experienced Process Commissioning Engineer with FPSO project experience to consider a 12-month contract with one of our clients. 

Commissioning Process Lead Engineer, the Process Commissioning Engineer’s responsibilities are:
  • Plans and engages the Process Commissioning Lead Engineer to provide inputs regarding the organization of manpower resources and deployment schedule, considering the current workload and resource availability.
  • Work and coordinate FPSO process system commissioning through the company’s commissioning team, in order to get systems ready to operate, providing the proper reports.
  • Follow up the Process Completions managing the Completion System and clearing the outstanding item, finalizing the operational systems ready for commissioning.
  • Commissioning of Process Systems, Functional tests and system certification with Class Society (DNV, ABS, LOYD, BV, etc.)
  • Reviews the commissioning deliverables developed such as commissioning execution plan, commissioning core test plan, and PTW/LUN/LOTO procedures, to ensure compliance with the overall commissioning execution plan and project timelines regarding all the Marine system SoW.
  • Participates in meetings with the project team to review progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary based on the department’s procedures, practices and lessons learnt from past projects to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.
  • Follow up and attend deals with regulatory authority, class, vendors and clients with regards to comments or queries on completions engineering deliverables and develops technical/engineering solutions to the issues raised.
  • Reviews and monitors the commissioning progress through reports prepared by the completions team members against the project team’s requirements in order to anticipate changes in planned manpower loading and where necessary, requests for manpower adjustment in a timely manner.
  •  Provides assistance to site execution team by providing technical clarifications and manages requests for updates of commissioning deliverables in order to ensure that the commissioning objectives can be achieved as per requirements.
  • Leads site execution team on performing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities planned for the marine systems, managing the interfaces with Construction and Pre-Operations teams, ensuring adherence to yard and company PTW systems.
  • Ensures keeping systems/sub-systems already commissioned in operation with proper skilled workers, prior to handover to Pre-Operations team.
  • Reviews and monitors the inputs to MIMS-Knowledge Database, so as to direct the junior Commissioning Engineers concerned to close out MIMS actions and prepares the lessons learnt.
  • Guides the junior staff to understand the technical and project required functions through discussions or knowledge sharing sessions in the light of the Company’s standards, procedures and engineering requirements.
  • Follow up audits, safety practices and documentation/records on the department and site execution team to ensure compliance, and identify gaps and training enhancement requirements of team members.
  • Compliance with HSSEQ Requirements and Code of Conduct.
  • Mentors the junior staff within the department and motivates them for career development


Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Chemical Diploma/ Engineering or Oil and Gas Diploma/Engineering with relevant years of working experience.
  • 5 or more years of relevant working experience in commissioning in oil and gas sector.  Comprehensive knowledge on functionality of FPSO. 
  •  Proficient in using & directing the use of Planning tools, Smart Engineering Tools(DESIRABLE), Adobe Acrobat, Company’s online databases and understands the relevant information interface between databases as per department training matrix in order to utilize them when preparing commissioning deliverables.
