 Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a RBI Engineer (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. Job Description: 
Provides direction, facilitation guidance and coordination for Fixed Equipment Risk Based Inspection Risk Assessment. 
Direct involvement and guidance in order to improve reliability of equipment, reduction of maintenance costs, and reduction of the potential for critical equipment failure. 
Provides Reliability Engineering support and technical expertise to Operations and Maintenance personnel, and facility engineers in order to solve equipment and system reliability challenges in existing plant and field facilities. Ensures results are in line with Company FIRM Process and sustains the implementation and development of reliability procedures and functions.
Performs RBI Risk Assessments and inspection planning (inspection types and frequencies) for pressure vessels, piping and storage tanks.
Maintains RBI Study schedules.
Form and leads multi discipline RBI study teams.
Assures that RBI studies are conducted properly.
Assures that data in Integrity Database Management System (IDMS) is up to date, makes updates when required.
Performs failure investogations on fixed equipment failures.  
Inputting/transferring data into the Integrity Database Management System (IDMS) and operating the program.
Ensures inspection plans are in full compliance with RoK regulations, API standards and Company programs / best practices. 
Prepares reports on RBI assessments.
Apply Operational Excellence (OE) concepts to improve operational efficiencies. Influence the work group to utilize OE & reliability concepts.

Job Specification and requirements:
Required: 
Citizen of Republic of Kazakhstan.
Degree in Asset Integrity Management, Petroleum Engineering, Drilling, O&G, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering (Mechanical Integrity) / Metallurgy or Process Engineering required. Technical degrees not listed above are also subject to acceptance only with 3+ years of experience in Company Engineering departments (Reliability, Design, Technical Safety, Process).
Good understanding of fixed equipment risk and process risk.
Good understanding of fixed equipment and its functions. 
Good understanding of Fixed Equipment Damage Mechanisms.
Experience & Knowledge related to operations, oil processing, water handling, and gas processing, compression and power generation with an emphasis in sour process systems is a plus. 
Good level of fluency in verbal and written English required (Intermediate a or higher). 
Good report and technical writing abilities required.
Must be self directed and able to balance short and long term priorities, in a culturally diverse organization.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Engineering role with problem solving, facilitation experience.
Familiar with Company Integrated Risk Prioritization Matrix.
Analitycal skills.
Desirable:
Experience in failure investigations.
Demonstrated leadership, communication and team building skills. 
Knowledge in budgeting and planning.
Knowledge of risk assessment methods and RBI philosophy desired.
Knowledge of refining or plant processes desired.
Knowledge of process piping and pressure vessel design desired.
Knowledge of non-destructive testing and inspection methods.
Ability to read Isomentric drawings (ISO), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Process / Utility Flow Diagram (PFD / UFD) optional.
Knowledge of API and ASME codes and standards.
Optional:
International certification (API, ASME, BS)
