Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Quality Engineer-III - Lead Quality Engineer (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Job Description:
Report to RE Quality Manager. Interface with the Project Quality Management Function Team and the different departments within Company (such as DE, PE, WHS, SCM etc). 
Provide Quality technical support to different Company Groups on Daily basis.
Develop Key performance Indicators for RE Quality Management Team
Liaise with RE SMEs group to resolve any procedural and technical issues.  Provide site based technical solutions to quality problems.
Assure integrity of the Company contractors and their sub-contractors welding operations through technical welding reviews. Assist as a subject matter expert during in quality audits.
Perform Gap Analysis for each RE QM functional area where Quality Team is engaged.
Implement QM dashboard across Company (Maxtrax/Dashboard), including TA and Maintenance. Train personnel by scheduled training sessions and presentation material
Must be experienced and respected as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in your respective field of influence.
Provide regular training for Third Party Contractors and Business Partners QC of QM instruments and processes by arranging program with scheduled meetings with QAQC personnel (including BP QC Managers).
Participate as SME in the development of Quality documents and Procedures. 
Proactively identify and assist in applying Best Practices and Lessons Learned and gaining implementation of actions necessary to improve performance.
 Provide regular reviews of quality system, and develop, maintain, and facilitate implementation of Quality Management Plans. 
Develop Roles & Responsivities for each QM function area including 3rd party QAQC positions.
Participate in training and staff development plans, mentor, provide guidance and participate in career development of Welding & Mechanical inspection team members. 
Participate in Vendor and Business Partners qualification process. Review Business Partners’ and Vendors’ QM Procedures.  
Plan, supervise and attend Quality audits, supplier and field reviews of work practices, inspections, and documentation to ensure Business Partners, Suppliers, and Subcontractors execution according to approved procedures, codes, specifications and regulations. 
Play active role in effectively implementing Operational Excellence, Value Improving, and Preventive Action Team Programs.  Proactively identify and assist in applying Best Practices and Lessons Learned and gaining implementation of actions necessary to improve performance. 
Prepare periodic reports for Quality Manager. 
Play active role in deployment of safety culture.
Ensures implementation and compliance of Company safety programs (CHESM, etc.) by all business partners. 
Remain knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures and perform assigned duties in a safe manner and, while leading others. 
Employ Quality Team Values to achieve continuous improvement and performance excellence including establishment of team member roles, responsibilities, standards and expectations.

Job Specification and requirements:
Citizen of Republic of Kazakhstan
Should hold Internationally recognized Quality Management Certification or Higher education and equivalent professional experience in Quality Management. 
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in quality with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory\lead role. 
Extensive experience of RoK Rules, Construction Codes and Company requirements relative to Welding, NDE, Coating and Mechanical. 
Highly motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
Extensive experience within the welding industry. Preferred experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with experience of welding for Sour Service environments.   
Must be familiar with the application and limitation of NDT methods although formal qualification is not required.
Familiar with International codes including ASME, API, ASTM, NACE, EN/ISO
Familiar with Chevron processes for work execution in Maintenance, Turn Around and Capital Project Groups
Strong computer literacy, including NDE & Welding database (MaxTrax\News\Analogs) and familiarization of QM DashBoard.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Power Point. 
English language skills - Level 3 as per Company scale.
