Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a KTL Ops PTW Group Coordinator (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 14\14. Job Description:
The primary responsibility for this position is to assist KTL Operations prepare and manage work permits in accordance with Company SI-105 and other special permits when applicable This position is responsible for recording permits. Responsible for archiving Permits and Logbooks as required by ROK regulations. This position will participate in developing and updating performance metrics related to PTW, SIMOPS.

Qualification requirements for this position:
 Must be familiar with:
•    Knowledgeable with the Company SI-105 PTW Safety Instruction, including the roles and responsibilities of all positions involved in preparing and approving a work permit. 
•    Knowledgeable with the Company SI-127 Operational Process Zone Boundaries, Access Requirements and Restrictions
•    Knowledgeable with the Company SP-24 Safe Operation of Temporary Buildings and Containers
•    Familiar with all other Company Safety Instructions and understands when to apply them. 
•    Conducts routine PTW audits and prepares audit reports for KTL Operations. 
•    Basic knowledge in ROK labor laws and regulations.

Safety control:
•    Interacts directly with Company HES personnel to ensure compliance with applicable safety instructions and procedures. 
•    Ensures personnel assigned to PTW roles and responsibilities are trained and qualified as per Company requirements. 
•    Verifies POB counts are accurate and emergency response procedures accurately account for all personnel during an emergency evacuation.
•    Responsible for archiving digital and paper records of completed work permits in accordance with ROK regulations. 
•    Responsible for updating electronic records with all pertinent information necessary to track work permits from initial submittal through to completion
•    Participates in Safety Meetings.
•    Responsible for Safe Operation of Temporary Buildings and Containers at KTL OPZ
•    Responsible for KTL Operational Process Zone Boundaries, Access Requirements and Restrictions

PTW Management Plan 
•    Reviews work permits, PPHA and JSA documents for completeness and accuracy.
•    Responsible for verifying the span of control does not exceed the capabilities of personnel assigned to PTW roles and responsibilities.
•    Facilitates the Daily PTW Coordination meeting where review, planning and approvals of work permits will take place. 
•    Develops and Reviews PTW Register Reports communicates them daily to KTL LT.  
•    Conducts and records routine audits of work locations to ensure compliance with PTW requirements.
•    Ensures all PTW activities are included in the Tengiz Asset Planning Process (TAPP).
•    Develops seven (7) days and 1 months PTW and Manpower lookaheads
•    Fulfill KTL electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) Site Admin role responsible for: 
a)    Attend Business Unit power user/admin training
b)    Manage additions and updates to users and associated roles
c)    Manage/update region or site level within the tool configuration
d)    Act as a point of contact for ePTW related questions
•    Fulfill KTL GIS/EMMS Digital Maps Admin role responsible for 
a)    PTW Dashboard updates 
b)    Area Controllers Resources Allocation 
c)    Foreseeing SIMOPS Activities

Department Management
•    Builds sound relationships with others and ensures clear communication to employees.
•    Mentors’ employees and supports training efforts.
•    Sets proper priorities and ensures work plans performed well under allocated resources.
•    Generates decision driven work plans to achieve the right level of detail for evaluation.


Education: Higher technical

Work experience: PTW Coordinator is preferable, at least an PTW Database Analyst. Work experience in the Production Operations / at the production site for at least 3 years.

Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English (Company Level 3 or higher). 

PC knowledge and skills: Advanced skills in working with Microsoft Office applications.
