We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Test Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, managing testing processes, and leading a team of testers. The Salesforce Test Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions through effective testing strategies, methodologies, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality testing deliverables.
- Define testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure effective and efficient testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Coordinate and prioritize testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Review and analyze test results, identify defects and areas for improvement, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve test coverage.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, status, and metrics to project stakeholders, including management and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features to ensure testing practices align with the latest platform capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality assurance practices.

In this role, you will be a Deskside Technician responsible for addressing customer machine issues both onsite and remotely. You'll offer tailored IT support to end users, prioritizing and resolving problems within designated timeframes and protocols.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 OS errors, basic network issues, Microsoft Office 2016/365, and printer/peripheral failures. You'll also handle hardware and software installations/upgrades and manage incidents through a ticketing system.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Minimum 3 years' IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows 10, MS Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting
- Experience with hardware diagnostics (PCs, laptops, printers)
- Familiarity with remote administration tools and LAN/Wireless/VPN technologies
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Cisco phone systems
- Comfort with printer and networked multi-functional devices
