We are looking for an experienced Citrix Systems Administrator to manage our company's Citrix environment within our data
centers . This is an critical role responsible for
the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all Citrix components including XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and upgrade Citrix components including XenApp,
XenDesktop, NetScaler, StoreFront, and related infrastructure
• Manage Citrix Policies and optimize the environment for performance, security, and redundancy
• Monitor Citrix infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
• Perform regular patch management and updates to Citrix components
• Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement new Citrix solutions and integrations
• Create and maintain documentation for Citrix architecture, policies, procedures, and configurations
• Assist helpdesk with troubleshooting Citrix issues and providing technical support
Requirements:
• Administering Citrix technologies including XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and StoreFront
• Excellent knowledge of Citrix components, policies, printing, and traffic flow
• Hands on experience with Citrix provisioning, image management, and profile management
• Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, SSL certificates, and networking protocols
• Ability to analyze problems and logs to isolate root cause
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Strong organizational skills and documentation abilities
Nice to have
• Citrix certification such as CCA or CC VAD
• Have experience working in enterprise data
center environments

- Proficiency in automation and scripting in Shell or Python.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) across different platforms.
- Good understanding of network technologies.
- Familiarity and experience with AGILE methodologies in a global environment.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
