We are recruiting an experienced System Integration Engineer to work on an exciting Green Energy mining fleet program, primarily focused on Hydrogen power technology. A sound understanding of Systems Engineering and Integration principles is required for the role.
Location- Perth, WA
Duration- 12-month casual contract – Monday to Friday
Rate- $80- $110hr incl. super
Responsibilities
- Execute the systems engineering process, including requirements analysis, system architecture, design, integration and V&V.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into product designs
- Participate in design reviews to identify and address integration issues early in the product development cycle.
- Ensure that components are compatible and function optimally within the product.
- Develop and oversee the creation of prototypes to test and validate integration designs, making necessary adjustments to achieve project goals.
- Verification and validation testing to ensure that the integrated product meets design requirements and safety + quality standards.
- Work with external suppliers to integrate third-party components into the product
- Maintain records of integration processes, changes, and test results
- Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles and standards
- Experience developing designing new products, ideally in heavy industry / fixed plant
- Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of modelling / simulation

As they grow rapidly, they are on the lookout for a talented Purchasing Officer who will own and facilitate the purchasing process for our products and programs.
You will be a key player in ensuring timely available of and access to materials needed by our engineers and build teams working on our product programs. You will do this by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including build and test, engineering, and project management, to drive effective and timely purchasing
You will take accountability of the following areas:
Procurement and Expediting:

- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and receiving materials.
- Vendor Onboarding and tracking of onboarding process.
- Expedite and track all materials required for the Project in a time critical manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure all shipping and transport documentation from suppliers are available to meet procurement guidelines.

- Raise TRF for urgent materials.
- Ensure all materials tracked to delivery are physically receipted and provided a storage location.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team for timely delivery of materials to the site.
- Track the movement of materials from procurement to delivery.
- Generate reports on Purchase order confirmation, expediting, and delivery status.
- Identify any discrepancies or issues and take corrective actions.
- Work closely with other departments (such as build and test, supply chain, and finance) to ensure smooth material flow.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the logistics function.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
About you:
- Previous experience in purchasing and expediting in a project or workshop setting
- Strong MS office and SAP skills required
- Ability to work effectively in fast pace environments

Summary
As the Community Relations Manager (Community Engagement and CSR Manager), you will be responsible for managing this company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, planning, developing, analyzing, and implementing various community relations campaigns, marketing efforts, outreach and engagement programs that are deemed to connect communities with this company.
Overall, a Community Engagement and CSR Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company’s CSR initiatives are aligned with its goals and values, and that the company is a positive contributor to its community and the environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing CSR and engagement strategies to connect the community with this company:
- This includes identifying target audiences, developing messaging, designing, and implementing events, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective engagement.
- The manager will design and implement CSR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and values, including environmental.
2. Building and maintaining relationships:
- The manager will build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community groups, and government agencies, to identify partnership opportunities and create collaborative projects.
- Collaborates closely with community leaders, partners, and stakeholders to build strong relationships that foster trust and effective communication.
- This involves identifying key influencers, attending community events, and networking with key stakeholders to build strong relationships.
3. Creating and managing programs:
- The manager will create and manage programs that support the company’s CSR initiatives, such as volunteering programs, donation programs, and employee engagement programs.
- Is also responsible for organizing and coordinating events that connect the community with this company.
- This includes planning and executing events, managing event budgets, and coordinating event logistics.
4. Monitoring and reporting:
- The manager will monitor and report on the impact of the company’s CSR initiatives and engagement programs.

Your Skills:
- Experience with NPOs, NGOs and community development cooperatives welcome.
- Experience developing and implementing CSR initiatives, including community outreach programs and partnerships. Highly developed negotiation skills are also desirable.
- Knowledge of regulations and guidelines related to CSR and community engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse work environment
- Strong project management and budget management skill
- Ability to travel within Japan as needed
- Fluent Japanese and English * need to use internally and externally
- Strong passion for renewable energy and decarbonization
