Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the operations team to execute the business plan to achieve the KPIs relating to HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity to achieve organizational objectives.
- Responsible for the achievement of operational results through effective deployment of resources to achieve KPIs (Lost Time Injury, Total Recordable Injury, Quality, Sales/OP, WIP optimization, expense control, Productivity)
- Effective management of cost, manpower/machine efficiency and utilization, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), optimized working capital and on-time delivery of plan. - Strong understanding of Aerospace business will be highly sought after.
- Successful delivery track record managing multiple high volume, high mix production line will be advantageous.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean principles tools and improvement techniques coupled with a proven track record of implementing.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct resources and activities related to production scheduling, supply chain planning, and material logistics to meet business objectives.
- Forecast procurement needs in alignment with production planning, using material requirements planning systems and lean practices.
- Manage suppliers effectively to ensure a steady flow of materials to meet operational and customer demands.
- Address procurement and inventory control issues in collaboration with the Engineering and Operations departments.
- Oversee critical inventory processes, including cycle counting, planning parameters, capacity analysis, and demand planning.
- Lead the sourcing strategy for customer proposal activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 8 years of managerial experience in Supply Chain within the Manufacturing or Aerospace MRO Industry.
- CPIM, APICS, or ISM certification is advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of production flow, material planning, and aerospace raw material procurement is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Skills and Experience:
- Holds a current B2 CASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence;
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Identification Card (ASIC);

Essential Qualifications
- CASA Part 66 B2 Licence;

- Experience in Business aviation preferred but not essential as type training can be offered.
