Job Description:
  • To promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing.
  • To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSEQ rules and requirements.
  • To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities.
  • To ensure that state of the art, TEPA referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.
  • To work by anticipation. To assess and to identify risks for the PBF activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her level.
  • With the spirit of company’s values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the projects.
  • To promote digitalization and innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs (3C initiatives) without impairing QHSE objectives.
  • To keep divisional Manager and all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the Project Managers on HSEQ related actions/decisions.
  • Control, management, and upload of project documents in EDMS (New Prodom).
  • Manage and control information workflows.
  • Support to end users on EDMS (New Prodom).
  • Assistance and training to project newcomers on New Prodom.
  • Upload correspondences from various contractors in New Prodom.
  • Assistance to lead document controller for documents hand-over to Operation.
Accountabilities:
  • The Service holder is responsible, within the PBF teams and under the PBF DCC Leader supervision, for following-up, monitoring and supervising DCC activities carried out in all Construction and Installations sites during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Installation and Commissioning phases, ensuring that DCC contractual and technical requirements are duly applied by Contractors and Subcontractors.
Context and Environment:
PBF is the brownfield project division of TEPA and benefits of a matrix organization. It’s managing projects from FEED/Basic Engineering to Startup/ handover to Block Field Operation teams.
PBF is managing EPC contracts with major international Contractors but also local players including onshore pre-fabrication in Angola, offshore construction and Installation (FPSO modifications, SURF, SPS, SIMOPS, high number of contractors & subcontractors).
