About the role:
E3D Administrator, shall be responsible for creating and maintaining the E3D Project Database and Project Plant structure. You will manage the installation of E3D software and licenses, integrate 3D Design Review Tools, and customize project setups. Other responsibilities include backup and restoration of project data, creation of drawing setups, support for various disciplines,
and administration of related software. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in E3D administration and hold a relevant engineering degree.
Responsibilities:
- Checks that 3D Model Working Instructions, Job specifications, Procedures, tagging Catalogues & Standards are available for/ from disciplines working in 3D (and accessible for all)
- Ensure that all procedures are correctly applied in the 3D model.
- Manage system clash checks, LFM set up and troubleshooting.
- Custodian of E3D model & In-depth knowledge of AVEVA E3D
- Report generation (MTO, bolt, clash, line count, etc.)
- Creates and updates catalogue for all components.
- Able to assess the impact of a modification and challenge and inform disciplines of the consequences of the modifications for 3D modelling.
- Collaborative approach and well organized
- Conduct regular Audits to ensure compliance to procedures and Frameworks.
- Proven experience interfacing effectively with other disciplines, project managers, multiple client stakeholders
- Drawing template creation and customization of all discipline deliverables
- Interference detection & Development, support standardization & customization
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry at least 7 years in the same role
- Proficiency in AVEVA E3D software and its features
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Expertise in the use of AUTOCAD, E3D, ERM, LFM server and other CAD software
