  • Proposes Environmental & Societal objectives and program to the H3SE Manager.
  • Attends coordination meetings with Affiliate’s E&S team as required.
  • Be involved in the Industrial Relations (as Social) activities as required by the Project team,
  • Represents the Project team at the Environmental Regulator’s meeting as required,
  • Gives support to the site Environmental & Societal team as required,
  • Be involved in the ILARF and NOLA process,
  • Ensure that activities are in line the ESCAR of the Project
  • Ensure an operational follow-up of the activities, more particularly to ensure that all required prevention measures are fulfilled.
  • Participate in reporting, monitoring and recording of Environmental & Societal activities of the project, and to assist HSE team in presentations and preparation of HSE dashboard, HSE Committees, and HSE reports.
  • Perform Environmental & Societal audits at Contractors’ offices and sites and at Company sites to ensure that actions from audits are implemented and completed.
  • Monitor the Contractor for the E&S topics.
  • Ensure that the Contractors E&S monitoring is consistent and challenge it as needed.
  • Define, organize and monitor H3SE trainings to project personnel and to deliver Project H3SE induction.
  • Qualification: Engineer, or Equivalent    
  • Professional Experience: 10-20 years in Oil and Gas projects
  • Experience in similar position (years): 10+ years at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities
