Missions / Service dimensions

The SERVICE holder is responsible to coordinate the assigned Early Work activities/supervision in PRL 15 site, mainly access roads construction. 
  • The SERVICE holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements and for ensuring that HSSE requirements are duly implemented within his area of responsibility. Supervises the realization of the works by integrating all the interfaces with the other stakeholders.
  • Participates in cost control and planning monitoring.
  • Proposes corrective actions to meet contractual deadlines if necessary.
  • Instructs technical adaptations/modifications if necessary.
  • Feeds the monitoring dashboards and reports, identifying the risks incurred.
  • Research of innovative technical solutions allowing a reduction of costs and deadlines and guaranteeing the technical quality
  • To promote innovative and cost-effective solutions
  • Performs information and data collection operations.
  • Alerts of any deviation from the defined technical requirements,
  • Ensures good relations with COMPANY, CONTRACTOR, subcontractors, ...
  • Applies Health, Safety and Environmental regulations as well as contractual specifications.
  • To ensure that the EW CONTRACTOR meets all Project requirements, and complies with all applicable rules, codes, and standards, specifically with regards to HSSE requirements (Safety, Environment)

  • To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior about HSSE requirements.
  • To provide a strong HSSE leadership and to define and ensure the effective implementation of the Project HSSE policy and commitment, by providing all necessary resources.
  • To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior about the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and to promote and enforce the Corporate Anti-Corruption Program within the project team.
  • To perform day to day coordination and supervision of the construction activity with Contractor
  • To participate to daily Tool Box Talk, daily and weekly meetings as required for internal or external coordination.
  • To review Contractor’s design, method statement and construction documents
  • To perform daily field inspection of the worksites
  • To ensure activity is being performed as per approved documents and Inspection & Test Plans.
  • Context & Environment
  • The Papua LNG Project is a key project for TotalEnergies as it is its first major petroleum investment in Papua New Guinea.
  • Papua LNG Project is a combine onshore and offshore development project comprising:
  • Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines.
  • Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field
  • Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline.
  • Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby

Qualifications & Experience required:
  • Qualification: Engineer, or Equivalent        
  • Languages: English mandatory
  • Professional Experience :5-10 years in Oil and a Gas projects
  • Experience in similar position (years): 5-10 at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities
