Renowned Multinational Paint & Coating company is currently expanding their Indonesia operations and looking for highly suitable candidates for the Financial Accountant position based in Bogor.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accounting close of Indonesia entity are done accurately and timely (per corporate deadlines)
  • Prepare trial balances and analyze key accounts to identify unusual transactions
  • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  • Prepare corporate reporting following corporate deadlines
  • Provide support and guidance to business partners on closing process, accounting treatment and internal control matters
  • Assist with tax planning and compliance
  • Assist inventory team with consolidation of inventory reports
  • Work closely with other departments to develop financial strategies and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Identify and drive process improvements across the finance function
  • Ensure proper internal control are implemented.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in accounting and financial management roles is essential. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis is highly valued. Candidates with prior experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems is important. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting are required.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. They should be able to solve complex accounting issues, reconcile discrepancies, and implement effective controls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
