Role Description:
The FPSO Offshore Manager will be primarily tasked for overall delivery of FPSO hook-up and Commissioning until final RFSU.
Main Responsibilities
- Defining offshore strategy, Manpower, organization
- Coordination of the FPSO management team (Commissioning manager, Hook-up manager, OIM, O&M, Planning engineer)
- Allocation of offshore responsibilities / tasks to the team
- Ensure delivery of the RFSU / SH (responsible of the Handover to CPY)
- Update with Commissioning manager the commissioning strategy to deliver FPSO offshore works on time.
- Harmonize/simplify the daily working trackers.
- permit to work reviewing versus project priorities and strategies.
- Responsible for management and coordination of offshore work on board the FPSO under the supervision of Operation Manager
- Liaising with COMPANY, vendors, third-party and the subcontractors; at operational level
- Allocating resources for offshore works, mentoring of offshore team
- Monitoring progress of offshore works
- Liaise with OIM in ensuring HSSE culture and standards are applied.
- Ensure that decision-making considers all risks safety, commercial, and contractual aspect with POC team.
- Work with the offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to find opportunities for improvement.
- Work in close coordination to ensure operations and maintenance activities are conducted in the most efficient manner.
- Ensure that the overall activity schedule is updated and communicated by the offshore planner.
- Delivers offshore works and Operations to the satisfaction and COMPANY and Partners
- Reporting to the Operations Managers.
