Objective: Provide onsite engineering support to ensure project objectives are met according to established procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor construction progress and uphold quality standards.
- Implement project engineering practices and verify technical requirements.
- Review tender deliverables and update progress reports.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and addressing delays.
- Support efficient scheduling adjustments in response to operational needs.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project personnel for smooth operations.
- Serve as a technical liaison between construction and marine teams.
- Supervise yard activities and monitor asset performance.
- Assist in data collection and maintenance of project documentation.
- Contribute to vessel documentation and scheduling norms.
- Support project mobilization and demobilization activities.
- Participate in safety briefings and hazard assessments as required.
- Recent Graduates
- Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) degree in Naval, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
- European citizenship
- Proficiency in English
- 2 or 3 years of prior experience in the oil & gas industry
- Willingness to commence an offshore career on a construction vessel for 3 to 5 years, with potential for future roles offshore or in office settings globally as Project Engineers
