Airswift is seeking a HSE Lead to work outsourced contract with a major Oil & Gas Operator in Angra dos Reis - RJ (BRASFELS ).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a role model for safety, quality and collaboration. HSE performance within Company’s requirements is the primary task.

Be a role model of Company’s Code of Conduct and ensure all team follow’s the code.

Secure Company HSE targets together with the site team, Contractor and subcontractors.

Act as a visible leader, on and off site.

Foster One Team culture based on collaboration, sharing and learning from others.

Promote the I’m safety culture.

Provide inputs to weekly reports.

Establish a site SSU program and activity plan in cooperation with contractor, including regular meetings and assurance activities.

Manage human rights risks in ongoing contracts.

Ensure emergency preparedness, security evaluations and plans, including training of organization.

Follow-up implementation of common safety initiatives

Support on Authorities Management scope

Follow-up SSU performance for right attention and actions

Follow-up incidents investigation, explore the discussions, provide Company with investigation and action plan results.

Support engineering and construction teams to follow the experience transfer process:

Ensure that lessons from other projects are evaluated for implementation in Brazil scope.

Ensure lessons from Brazil scope are captured to share with the rest of the project and with other projects in Company.

Ensure that information is held according to GDPR (Data Protection) and Company’s confidentiality requirements.

Training: NR10, NR11, NR12, NR33, NR34, NR35.
