Responsibilities
HSEQ
- Propose and implement the HSE policy and roadmap
- Responsible for all activities related to “SAFETY& SECURITY” of terminals / depots / transport / warehouse
- Safety of all employees and protection of the environment
- Comply with Group HSE Charter & Company HSEQ Policy
- Promote Safety Culture within organization as well with Suppliers and Contractors
- To arrange training for manpower on product knowledge, safety and operations to improve their skill levels.
- Conduct regular CMC drills and other safety awareness programs involving team members.
- Lead the maintenance and deployment / execution of the ONE MAESTRO Framework
- Conduct regular safety meetings with staff and external parties
- Provide regular BR to MD / Mancom.
- Provide regular BR to head office – SGP (bi-annual).
- Improve HSE audit scores for One Maestro, ICC audits, ICT audits and other relevant HSE audits arranged by the group
- Liaise with EP Security on security topics relating to the company's operation in the country
- Regularly review Security Risk Assessments for stations.
- Regular Update all operational risk assessments for all company operations including external partners
- Draw up emergency response plans for all company operations including involvement with external partners
- Timely closure of all audit actions and timely update on digital platforms for the company
- Run Regular ONE MAESTRO Committee meetings
- Arrange full ISO certifications for the company
- Fully comply with all country regulations and requirements
- Meet CASA Part 144 License requirements for the site Aviation supply.
- Liaise with regional head office to ensure the company is on par with reporting and implementation of HSEQ topics
- This post potentially impacts all areas of the Company.
- The jobholder can be held to account for HSEQ, accuracy of information supplied and efficiency of its delivery, consistency of approach and ability to communicate at all levels.
- The job holder is required to provide pragmatic, business focused solutions in keeping with best Group practice to ultimately ensure improvements in affiliate’s HSEQ standards.
- Degree in Science / Environmental Science / Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing HSEQ in an oil industry or similar.
- Should have strong attention to detail and should be excellent in oral and written communication skills,
- Job holders should have analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and plan work, set priorities and objectives.
