Candidate Competencies: -
- HSSE Professional – Science Graduate or Diploma on HSSE (NEBOSH or IOSH will be an added value).
- Ability to speak, understand & write in English and Hindi.
- Ability to deliver Training to a large mass of people in English / Hindi.
- Computer proficiency on MS Office.
- Minimum work experience – 10 years
- Previous Turnaround experience will be added advantage.
- Ability to work with Multinational Cultural people.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
Job Description: -
- Managing Admin role of training and competency of candidates.
- Training delivery of multiple Safety modules to a mass of 200 people at a time for several days.
- Track training status of candidates (Contractor + Staff) and ensuring training completion.
- Communicate with Training focal point to get the data and mark on passports.
- Manage the Safety Center booth progress and monitoring quality.
- Compile data of training completion for site access & Passport & Sticker issuance.
- Site safety walks and unsafe act / conditions reporting during PROJECT execution window.
- Rotation shifts of work (Night shift / Day shift).
- Coordinating delivery of Stand down message to mass of PROJECT workers in Toolbox Talks.
- Analyze unsafe entries from Dashboard and reporting.
- Support onboarding of contractor and staff.
