Airswift is currently recruiting for a Human Factor Engineering Manager who will work in Paris for a global EPC company on energy project as an external contractor for a 6 months renewable contract.

The position is to start as soon as possible and the Human Factor Engineering Manager will perform the below activities:

- Issue the deliverables for the HFE discipline:

Prepare the Awareness session with the Client
Review and discuss Client comments and revise the Human Factor Checklist
Review and discuss Client comments and revise Human Factors Engineering Plan
Review and discuss Vendor comments on checklist and mitigation measures

- Coordinate the HFE activities within the engineering teams and with disciplines
- Attend the 3D model reviews and share HFE requirements

Candidates' profile:

Field of expertise in Human Factor Engineering
Full knowledge of standards related to HFE Discipline (IOGP454,…), owns a NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent
Collaborative approach, well organized
Experience of meetings with Clients and Vendors
Languages: English fluent, French is a plus
