The Role:
As the Electrical Engineering Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing mechanical engineering projects, leading a team of professionals in varied utilitarian settings in Zuid-Holland and beyond. Working with our client, you will not only supervise but actively contribute to projects in unique locations, from hospitals to government offices, universities to judicial complexes, and even 500-year-old monuments.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, lead, and coach a team of mechanical engineering professionals.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in the construction process through different meetings.
  • Ensure safety at work locations, considering both the well-being of your team and the end-users of the buildings.
  • Actively contribute to projects by working alongside your team and transferring knowledge and experience to them.
  • Maintain contact with and oversee suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct development and progress discussions with your team members and apprentices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during projects.

Requirements:

  • MBO-4 level education in mechanical engineering.
  • Several years of experience as a lead technician.
  • Digital skills, including proficiency in BIM2Field, Word, and Excel.
  • Driver's license B.
  • VCA-VOL certification. If you don't have it, we provide an opportunity for you to obtain the certification.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required.
