Job Summary:
They are looking for a Power Supply System Manager who will coordinate and plan the architecture of power supply products. The person will focus on the Plasma and RF power supply demands.Requirements:
- Major in Power Electronics or related fields, bachelor's degree or above, master's degree
- More than 10 years of work experience in the development and design of high-power
- Proficient in power electronic conversion topologies (such as Flyback, Boost, PSFB, PFC,
- Proficient in the performance and application of power semiconductor devices (MOS,
- Proficient in power supply system magnetic component design and EMC solutions.
- Experience in communication power supplies, X-ray power supplies, UPS, high-power
vehicle power supplies, and charging modules is preferred.
- Ability to design and rectify safety regulations and EMC.
- Ability to design and calculate components, proficiency in circuit simulation is preferred.
- Proficient in using schematic design software, simulation software, and calculation
- Need experience with class-D and class-E amplifiers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize the architecture of power supply products in various fields,
identification, and development of response measures, responsible for the advancement
and competitiveness of power supply product architecture.
- Control the internal and external demands of plasma and RF power supply: integrate
testability requirements, serviceability requirements, etc.
- Manage the overall design of plasma and RF power supply systems, module division,
product requirements to hardware, software, and structural design.
- Solve difficulties and problems that arise during the development and design of plasma
- Manage the planning, construction, and other tasks of the plasma and RF power

The Company
A global operator of resource and renewable energy looking to add to their team in a new rail project in Perth.
The Role
You will be developing the control systems of the Rail Locomotives, system integration test benches, and digital twin test benches.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering high quality software in C/C++
- Designing software architectures for distributed and real-time systems
- Setting up the development of software platforms, frameworks, standards and processes to keep consistency across multiple projects.
- Participating in the development of software lifecycle from prototype to production models.
- Leading the introduction and integration of standards, workflows and best practices.
- Closely working with product owners and system leads in formalizing system-level requirements and specifications.
- Working closely with other engineering disciplines and project management team for overall project design and integration from a software perspective.
- Coaching, mentoring the junior software engineers about the software development lifecycle.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong knowledge of software architecture design in distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of network communications and protocols (Modbus, CANOpen, DDS)
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems and experience developing in C/C++ is essential
- Strong skills in end-to-end software development cycle. (Documentation, Requirements, Testing and Traceability)
- Strong understanding of network communications and protocols (Modbus, CANOpen, DDS)
- Knowledgeable in operating systems deployed in industrial edge computing (QNX, SafeRTOS, Linux etc.)
- Must have experience with software version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Knowledge of model-based design and development utilising MathWorks products is an advantage (Simulink, Stateflow)
- Experience with Functional Safety Rail SIL1, SIL2 rated software development is advantageous (EN50128 or equivalent)
- Must have full Australian working rights

Summary:
The Associate will help clients map and manage their extended supply chain by connecting with suppliers, assisting suppliers with creating their platform’s accounts, sharing their information and using the platform. The Associate will proactively engage with suppliers to share best practices, assist with client requests, enhance their relationship with their clients, and manage their own suppliers, if appropriate.

• Proactively service and support the company’s suppliers.
• Conduct training on products via phone, web based and face-to-face meetings.
• Collect supplier subscription fees and renewals via outreach efforts.
• Proactively analyze customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement.
• Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients.
• Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectives.
• All employees have a professional duty to provide any information related to security issues, incidents or situations that present a potential security risk to the ISO Team, the company’s Management or their Supervisor.

What We Expect from You:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual (verbal and written) in English and French. Languages like Italian and Spanish are a plus.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications.
• Demonstrated personal initiative.
