The senior project manager manages project activities for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line work as assigned, providing oversight of the staff involved in planning, leading, controlling, and monitoring to ensure that work is implemented safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget.

Background:
SLR implementation is a complex task requiring diverse skills, involving many site organizations and programs. It demands extensive fieldwork, rigorous documentation, and will be reviewed by the NRC. Meticulous planning, scheduling, and stakeholder input are essential.
Role Accountability: Ensure successful SLR implementation, preparing PSL for the NRC Phase 5 inspection and 20 years of operation.
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator oversees tracking, addressing, and reporting technical correspondence and SLR activities, aging management programs, and preventive maintenance updates. The coordinator collaborates with Vendor teams for effective implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead PSL SLR efforts with the Vendor SLR Team.
- Review and approve planning documents (AMP, procedures, WOs, Program Notebooks, Commitment Closures) on schedule.
- Facilitate PSL and fleet input for procedure development, WO planning, and PMCR/PMRQ updates.
- Contribute to risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate PSL and Fleet resources to meet SLR commitments with the Vendor SLR Team and oversight from Projects and Maintenance:
- Manage PSL SLR ARs to ensure all commitments are met before NRC IP71003 Audit.
- Oversee training and CWE efforts for SLR support.
- Interface with licensing for SLR LAR changes and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure Cathodic Protection system performance meets SLR standards.
- Manage self-assessment processes for NRC IP70113 inspection.
- Attend planning meetings to track SLR inspection progress.
- Oversee SLR Pre-SPEO Inspections and craft support in collaboration with Vendor SLR Team and Projects/Maintenance:
- Coordinate daily/weekly SLR activities to ensure timely inspections.
- Collaborate with the Vendor Site SLR Lead.
- Ensure the successful implementation of SLR at PSL.
