Airswift is seeking a Material Logistics Supervisor (Onshore) to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the receipt processes are respecting the deadline established by the company's procedures.
Ensure the quality standard of materials received at our operational bases, recording and reporting anomalies in receipts.
Explain and delegate operational tasks to work team members and subcontractors.
Supervise emergency situations, keeping records and preparing formal procedures related to these situations, if necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience in receiving
Complete higher education.
Desirable advanced Excel and Power BI.
Experience in management of people.
Desirable process improvement course.
Advanced English
