Our O&G operator client is seeking a Mobilization Coordinator to work within their facilities in Perth, WA Australia on an initial of 12-months casual contract role.

Position: Mobilization Coordinator / Travel Coordinator   
Location: Perth  
Duration: 12 months contract & potential for contract extension 
Schedule: Monday – Friday & 8 hours per day

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Mobilization Coordinator / Travel Coordinator to join our Logistics team here in Perth on a 12-month basis. Reporting to the Australia Project Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and advising the business on travel operations and coordinating and transacting D&C, subsea and seismic travel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurate cost allocation and contract payment data
  • Assist with vessel and rig start ups
  • Arrange meetings for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate end to end Offshore Aviation and travel services
  • Work closely with Aviation Operations and the Corporate Travel team
  • Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support and manage their offshore travel requirements
  • Report on travellers compliance to the standard and guidelines
  • Provide Qualified Travel advice for the transportation of personnel for the Company
  • Provide training to stakeholders in the use of company’s Aviation Systems
  • Manage Drilling and Subsea Travel inboxes to ensure timely response back to the business
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders

Skills & Experience:
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all level of management
  • Good problem-solving skills including an ability to manage personal experience and group dynamics to deliver best outcomes
  • Basic understanding of accounting and invoice processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite – intermediate to advance
  • Understanding of Domestic Travel practices, i.e. Airline ticketing and schedules
  • An advantage to have experience with VPOB (Vantage personnel Offshore) and travel booking systems
