SAP Business Objects Administrator/Developer - Hybrid
We are seeking a talented SAP Business Objects (BO) Administrator/Developer to join our team in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in the office and offers a 3-month W2 contract with a comprehensive benefits package, including Dental, Healthcare, Vision, and 401k.

Key Responsibilities:

Report Development & Maintenance:
- Design, develop, and maintain Business Objects reports, including Web Intelligence (WebI), Information Design Tool (IDT), and Crystal Reports.
- Work extensively with Crystal Reports elements, with a focus on dynamic cascading prompt features.

Backend Administration:
- Manage backend components such as Web Intelligence and Crystal servers.
- Administer the BO environment, including server management, user security profiles, and object migration across environments.
- Oversee job scheduling and ensure the smooth operation of the BI infrastructure.

Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address reported issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support during system upgrades, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-upgrade activities.

Documentation & Compliance:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure all upgrades and system changes are thoroughly tested and documented to maintain system stability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience with a BO Upgrade, particularly to Version 4.3, is a significant advantage.
- Skills:
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

About the role:
As a D365 Developer, you will be working closely and effectively with our customers and responsible for reviewing clients’ business processes, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions, and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Code delivery

Your Responsibilities
- You will support the IDT in delivering Australian Asset Leadership Teams.
- You'll be responsible in ensuring that the final solution design is fit for purpose for the end user.
- Work closely with the Digital Assets team (Software Engineers, Architects, IT Operations).
- You'll be driving the Business Change Management Activity and communication with key clients for digital projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Information Technology knowledge is required though not necessarily gained within an Information Technology function.
- Knowledgeable in Agile Methodology and agile frameworks.
- Must have an exposure to User Interface Design, User Experience and Business Change Management
