Our client seeks an experienced Piping Designer to join their office in Brussels, Belgium in a 6-month contract (renewable).

Description of the function:
- Design and the drafting of project plans relating to the piping of our natural gas, hydrogen and CO2 transport installations,
- During design phase, consider aspects such as ergonomics, practical feasibility, safety and cost,
- In charge of drafting permit files, construction, isometrics and material lists (tubes, valves, fittings, supports, etc.),
- Verification of data and documents that must be archived and writing final as-built documents,
- Contacts with colleagues from other departments involved in the project (Project engineers, civil engineering and E&I cells, etc.),
Technical SKILLS:
- Mechanical CAD Designer; Or graduate / bachelor Industrial Designer,
At least 5 years of experience in an industrial pr chemical environment, - Fluent knowledge of computer applications standard such as Windows 10 and Office 365,
- Knowledge of MicroStation V8 (and AutoCAD). If the candidate has no knowledge of Microstation, a training must be provided by his company before the start services at our company;
- Experience with 3D design software (OpenPlant or equivalent) is a plus.
General SKILLS:
- Native French speaker; good understanding of Dutch,
- Fluent knowledge of computer applications standard such as Windows 10 and Office 365,
- Punctual, attention to precision and detail,
- Result oriented.
